Breakdown in logrono

Hola, my name is Karl, I am on tour in Spain from UK. My 1050 sprint st has stopped charging, I am currently in logrono hoping to find a replacement regulator tomorrow.
Any help or suggestions would be very appreciated

Hello Karl!

Unfortunately it's a common issue for the regulator to blow.

My suggestion is to try and adapt one that will work. I know some Honda models are similar/compatible.

Check electrexworld website for compatible models and go on that trying to find one that will work for you.

Are you halfway on your trip? Are you going back home? Where is home? Just asking if you're taking the ferry back from Bilbao you may not make it with a fully charged battery.

Unfortunately due to current worldwide situation not many places keep stock of parts, so you may have to wait to get some ordered and delivered.

How far do you need to go? Do you have roadside assistance?

Hi yes thanks, I have 3 days left 2 more stops until santander. Even considered buying a car battery to strap to seat the local shops are open tomorrow and I have messaged an ebay seller not too far away . High hopes for result Tomorrow morning. Same part fits many bikes so see what Tomorrow brings. Breakdown insurance rejected me on technicality
